1.   We always equip with a series of accessories for customers to use free of charge when deliver the machines.

2.   All the motors and vibrator parts, etc, also have half a year warranty. During the warranty period, if there has any non-human factors, we will send accessories to you immediately for free or send engineer to your factory to deal with.

3.   We can provide engineer to install and debug machines for you. If you do not need this, we can also send detailed videos for your reference, also we can provide you detailed technical drawings and guidance for your production site planning and platform construction.

4.   We have a number of experienced installation and debugging engineers, if customers need our help when set up the plant or during the course of using machines, we can also dispatch our engineers to solve immediately.

5.   We will establish a user profile for all machines which sold by our company, then our technical staffs will regularly visit at customers’ factory and provide some good advices on machines’ installation、debugging、usage, etc. We will give you full aspects production and technical training until the production of qualified products, and let you trust and feel comfortable on our company’s service and qualified machines.
